Kromah earns third-team all-conference nod

Men’s basketball sophomore Lasan Kromah was named to the preseason All-Atlantic 10 Third Team Thursday, the only Colonials player included in the A-10’s preseason all-conference selections, which were announced Thursday morning.

Kromah, who was a member of the A-10 All-Rookie Team last season, is GW’s returning high scorer after averaging 11.8 points on 45.9 percent shooting as a freshman last season. The Colonials guard’s average of two steals per game last season was second best in the conference.

Also released Thursday was the preseason poll, in which the voters, A-10 coaches as well as certain members of the media, predicted GW to finished 10th in the conference. The full preseason poll is listed below.
