Men’s basketball coach Karl Hobbs has signed a contract extension to remain with the program through June 30, 2012, the Department of Athletics announced today. Hobbs has a 114-65 record in six seasons with the Colonials, including an unprecedented three straight NCAA tournaments the past three seasons. Hobbs’ previous contract was set to expire in 2011.
