Water Polo

The Colonials dropped a 13-6 decision to No. 17 Johns Hopkins Tuesday afternoon in Baltimore. Sophomore Jean-Claude Wright had a hat trick, while sophomore Marshall Friedman also tallied. GW (6-7, 0-3 CWPA) will travel to California this weekend to play in the annual University of the Pacific Invitational.

Golf

The golf team finished 17th in a field of 20 at the Xavier Invitational Oct. 1 and 2 in Cincinnati. Senior Conor McMahon was the
Colonials’ low finisher, shooting 218 over three rounds, good for a 40th-place finish out of 104 golfers.
