GW golfers Thomas Blankvoort and Bryan Derdenger, and Deb Friedman of the women’s crew team were selected to the spring season All-Conference academic team in a June 19 vote by the Atlantic 10’s Sports Information Directors.

A senior coxswain, Friedman carried a 3.57 GPA as an Exercise Science major. Blankvoort posted a 3.50 GPA as an International Business major, while Derdenger maintained a 3.50 GPA in Business Administration.

The team consists of student-athletes who are starters or key reserves on their respective athletic teams who have maintained at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
