This is a brief response to the article on March 30 from the Panhellenic President Madeline LePage, Article overlooks sororities.
It amazes me that she could be upset that a sorority got overlooked when it happens quite frequently to the predominantly black Greek-letter members on campus. I remember too well, at Spirit Week of 1999, at a basketball game, that the predominantly white Greek-letter organizations were recognized and the black Greek-letter organizations weren’t.
So, is it really fair to complain about this matter?
