Students gathered in front of Gelman Library Wednesday for a snowball fight organized by the GW Barstool Instagram account.
Participants divided themselves into two factions on opposing sides of the Gelman entrance, trading volleys of snowballs and skirmishing all over Kogan Plaza. The D.C. area received between three to six inches of snow beginning late Tuesday, prompting the University to close campus facilities and directing all classes to be held online Tuesday and Wednesday.
