About 10 teams of students shared their ideas for start-up companies Thursday at the Student Start-Up Showcase, pitching ideas from mobile applications to ways to increase travel.
The Office of Entrepreneurship, which helps students find ways to start their own business enterprises, hosts the event to offer the chance to spread the word about their projects.
