Business majors Felicity Yuchen Xie and Lulu Ma won first place in GW’s student startup competition with an idea to help lower-income families gain access to fresh farmer’s market produce.
The pair edged ahead of more than a dozen other students in the “Pitch George” elevator competition – which was actually held in a GW elevator.
