Students complained at a Vern Express town hall Monday about the shuttle’s schedule.

Samantha McGovern, project coordinator of facilities, and Quentarus Brown, the transportation services manager, fielded questions from more than 20 students and staff.

Freshman Rowan Alkaysi said asked officials to look into the possibility of running shuttles more frequently than every 15 minutes before 8 a.m.

McGovern and Brown said they would seriously consider changing the schedule, but did not promise  changes.

One student said the weekend schedule posed frequent delays.
