GW women vs. No. 19/20 Temple

Back at the Smith Center where the GW women’s squad will kick of a double-header this evening. The Colonials, who are recieving votes in the AP and ESPN coaches poll, have won the last six home games. The last time these teams squared off was in the Atlantic 10 championship game last year at the Smith Center, which the Owls won 70-62. Temple boasts one of the nation’s best all-around players in the 6-foot-2 Candice Dupree. Dupree is averaging 16.7 points per game. Temple has lost to Florida, Stony Brook and No. 1 Tennessee. Should be a good match up. Stick with us.
