The 20 inches of snow that covered GW’s campus this weekend didn’t overwhelm these three students who managed to look sophisticated despite the slush.
Cally Donovan, a junior exchange student studying political communications.
She’s wearing studded Top Shop booties and has fashionably tied a Burberry scarf to her bag. Her favorite fashion influences come from “the man on the street” styled blog, The Sartorialist, and her style at the moment consists of anything that keeps her warm.
Emily Bennett, a freshman business marketing major.
She’s wearing Steve Madden boots and a Marc by New York coat. Her over-the-shoulder bag is a fashion steal from Target. Her style idol is GW alumna Rachel Zoe and Bennett describes her style as eclectic with a definite classy side.
Robert Liabraaten, a freshman business major.
He’s wearing a deliciously paired combination of a button down shirt by Marc Jacobs, as well as a Phillip Lim sweater and Juicy Couture coat. His jeans are from American apparel and his Doc Martens complete the edgy yet put together look! His style idols are Lady Gaga and Madonna when she was in the ’80s. When asked how he describes his style, Liabraaten smiles and said “I wear whatever I want.”
