This could be an unusual Valentine’s Day date – DCist reports that the Black Cat will host the D.C. Record Fair Feb. 14, from 12-6 p.m. For an entry fee of $2, you and your love can peruse the wares of vinyl dealers from all along the East Coast (there should be about 30 in attendance.)
Event co-sponsor The Vinyl District has promised that the multi-floor Black Cat will provide ample space for crowds, a common complaint at past record fairs. Thievery Corporation‘s Eric Holton, Bluebrain and Kid Congo Powers will provide musical entertainment.
