The embassies of Austria, Belgium, Republic of Bulgaria, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, European Commission Delegation, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, Malta, Royal Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom are all participating.
Other events this week will occur across the country, including European flag-colored lights on the Empire State Building in New York City, and visits from EU diplomats to high schools, colleges and universities. In D.C., the participating embassies will sponsor culturally significant events.
