Greetings from New England. As I’m spending my summer in the Metro news department at The Journal News in White Plains, N.Y., I’m still trying to keep up with the GW sports world. It’s slow. It’s mid-July. Nothing is happening in the GW sports universe. But I’m still out there.

Something I’m very interested in is big-issue stories that fans would like to see tackled. I want to know what concerns the GW fan. The obvious issues are a new Smith Center and basketball schedules (I’m sure I’m forgetting some). I want our department to reach out to the readers. Please let me know ideas.
