Robert Plant and the Band of Joy

After releasing “The Band of Joy” last year, Plant has proved that while he may not want to tour as Led Zeppelin anytime soon, he’s not going to stop singing. Tickets are $53.50.
Lost in the Trees
Feb. 9 –Black Cat
With a sound somewhere between folk and orchestral, Lost in the Trees offers a pleasant trip for those looking for something on the calm side. Tickets are $12.
Pendulum
Feb. 10 –Fur
Catch Pendulum’s DJ set after the drum and bass group performs with Linkin Park at the Verizon Center. Tickets are $15.
Trey Songz
Feb. 12 –DAR Constitution Hall
Becoming somewhat of a face for R&B, Songz ability to make a club anthem is undeniable. Tickets start at $55.
Lady Gaga
Feb. 24 –Verizon Center
Lady Gaga returns to DC with her Monster Ball Tour. If you couldn’t catch her last fall, now’s your time to catch the diva in action. It’s not a surprise that the performance is sold out.

With a voice reminiscent of Conor Oberst, the songwriter’s alternative sound appears only to be getting stronger with time. Tickets $30.

Apr. 7 — Black Cat
Known for experimenting with its music, the English punk band brings a new kind of flavor to town for those looking for a bit of a racket. Tickets are $20.
Cake
