There’s a new way to avoid human contact and still get your caffeine fix: Fetch Coffee will deliver fresh brews from your local coffee shop in 20 minutes or less.
Though Seamless already connects users to dozens of restaurants that deliver coffee in D.C., Fetch does not have a minimum cost to order. The new company will also allow users to schedule deliveries – and a hot cup of Joe on your doorstep is the perfect way to perk up before that 8 a.m. lab.
Tony Chen, a 24-year-old from Maryland, hopes to begin deliveries by the end of January, Washington City Paper reported.
Fetch will charge a $1 fee for scheduled deliveries and $3 for impromptu orders, plus the price of drinks. Its hours will be 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
