The GW men’s basketball team will play the University of Vermont, Dec. 27, in the first round of the University of Hawaii’s Outrigger Hotels Rainbow Classic, according to the tournament’s bracket. If the Colonials win, they will play the winner of Colorado State and Hawaii, Dec. 29.
The bracket does not include the University of Clemson, a high-seed in last year’s NCAA Tournament that had been originally rumored to be a part of the tournament.
