‌The District on Friday held its annual H Street Festival, which began 19 years ago as a block party and has since become an 150,000-participant celebration of the arts and a treasured tradition for residents of the District.
Events stretched for a dozen blocks from 4th to 14th streets. Attendees browsed through thousands of vendors and watched performances from 15 different stage areas along the street.
