Graeter also placed second in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 1:55.44. He also helped lead the Colonials to a second-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay, joined by teammates Glenesk, senior Marshall Seedorff and junior Luke Quimby.
Taking on Rhode Island, La Salle, and Massachusetts, the women’s swimming team finished in fourth place with 314 team points. While the women’s team earned 18 top-five finishes, sophomore Caroline Myers had a standout showing, swimming her way to three first-place finishes. Myers tallied wins in the 500-free, 1,000-free and the 400-yard individual medley.
Freshman Janica Lee grabbed two second-place finishes in the 200-yard individual medley and 200-yard breaststroke, while fellow freshman Morgan Zebley came in second in the 100-yard butterfly in 59.95 seconds.
Lee and Zebley also lead the 200-yard medley relay team with sophomores Lindsay Moore and Melissa Fernandez to a second-place finish with a time of 1:52.41.
