With so many bars to explore across the city, choosing where to spend a night out can turn into an overwhelming prospect.

Luckily, Draft Magazine just released its list of 100 best beer bars in the U.S., highlighting the District’s Bier Baron and Churchkey as two of the best beer-savvy spots in the country.

The site praises Bier Baron for its vast selection of 50 taps and roughly 500 bottles.

“Located in the heart of Dupont Circle, this bilevel bar offers a world tour of beer, but you’ll always find a healthy selection of seasonal and local pours,” the site says.

The list also features Lyon Hall in Arlington, Va., which it says offers French cuisine and an intimate atmosphere.
