Just because Halloween’s over doesn’t mean you can’t still have fun this weekend. Here are a few events going on in D.C.
Thursday:
Unless you were lucky enough to get tickets to Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “Watch the Throne” tour at the Verizon Center, check out the new exhibit, “Destroyed,” at Irvine Contemporary’s Montserrat House. The exhibit showcases photographs by popular techno musician Moby.
Friday:
Up-and-coming British singer V.V. Brown will perform at DC9 at 11 p.m. Doors open at 9 p.m. Tickets cost $15.
Saturday:
Go see the Fringe Festival’s “Squirrel, or the Origin of a Species” at The Shop at Fort Fringe. The two-character play depicts Charles Darwin in an intellectual conversation with a gray squirrel. The show begins at 6 p.m.
