When you’re not out shopping for multiple Halloween costumes this weekend, check out a few of these events.

Thursday:

Go see the exhibit “Elsewhere” at the Curator’s Office from noon to 6 p.m. The exhibit, which features sculptures and works on paper by Joseph and John Dumbacher, will hold its final showing Saturday.

Friday:

Marx Café hosts Taking the Piss, a night of ’80s and ’90s indie-pop from guest DJs.  The music event is held on the third Friday of each month and admission is free.

Saturday:

San Francisco DJ duo Gabriel and Dresden will perform at Fur Nightclub at 10 p.m. Admission costs $20.
