An unknown suspect broke into a car and stole a laptop and backpack outside of the GW Hillel building Sunday, according to a Metropolitan Police Department report.
A man reported to MPD that he parked his Chevrolet Traverse outside of the Hillel building at about 1:30 p.m. and left his vehicle for about 15 minutes. The report states that when he returned, he noticed that someone had broken the “rear passenger side window by an unknown means” and stolen his Aldo leather backpack and MacBook Air.
The case is open.
