Panera Bread is extending its hours through finals week.
Panera will offer complimentary snacks and beverages to students from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. next Tuesday and Wednesday for a “#PaneraAllNighter,” officials from the public relations firm Weber Shandwick said in an email.
“For years, we’ve seen students hunkered down, cramming for finals at Panera, so we figure it’s about time we reward their hard work,” Yvonne Muñoz, an employee of Weber Shandwick, said in the email.
The vendor will also provide students with coloring sheets and crayons, phone chargers and “study kits” complete with pencils, highlighters, a notebook and a stress ball in the shape of a baguette, Muñoz said.
Panera typically closes at 10 p.m. every night. Students at Baylor University, Texas Christian University and The College of New Jersey can also grab snacks and stress-relieving items like coloring books and stress balls at Panera Breads located on each of their campuses.
Muñoz said Panera will also offer a “brain food” menu with options like broccoli cheddar soup and steel cut oatmeal with strawberries and pecans.
