WithLoveD.C. will host a yoga class at the U.S. Botanic Garden Saturday.

Students have one more weekend before spring break, which means you’ll likely be looking for ways to de-stress before heading home or going on a vacation. From practicing yoga at the U.S. Botanic Garden to celebrating the start of Women’s History Month, there are plenty of events to take a well-deserved midterm study break around the District this weekend.

Friday

Cherry Blossom Pop-Up Bar

While trees have not yet started to bloom in the District, a pop-up bar is ready to ring in the new season a bit early. Drink Company opened its Cherry Blossom Pop-Up Bar for the third year Thursday. This year, the company will amp up the bar with two themed rooms: one inspired by The Palace of Versailles and the other inspired by ramen and decorated with chopsticks and ramen toppings. You’ll be surrounded by a plethora of D.C.’s iconic cherry blossoms while sipping on Japanese-inspired cocktails like the “Honeydew, Honey See,” which combines sake, vermouth, fermented rice syrup, cucumber, honeydew and absinthe. Plus, the bar will serve ramen at the bar Wednesday through Sunday.

Cherry Blossom Pop-Up Bar, 1843 Seventh St. NW. 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. 21+.

Saturday

Yoga in the Garden at the U.S. Botanic Garden

If you’re looking for a space to de-stress before the end of midterms, opt for a yoga class at the U.S. Botanic Garden. The class is organized by WithLoveD.C., an organization that hosts events around the District like pop-up yoga classes and creativity workshops. During the class, you’ll be surrounded by flowers and greenery as you work through sun salutations and tree poses. Entry to the program will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and participants are urged to bring their own yoga mats.

U.S. Botanic Garden Conservatory, 100 Maryland Ave. SW. 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Free.

Sunday

‘Fierce Women’ at The National Museum of Women in the Arts

Kick off Women’s History Month at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Each first Sunday of the month, the museum offers free admission and this week guides will take attendees on a “Fierce Women” tour. On the tour, visitors will be able to learn more about trailblazing female artists, activists and innovators featured in the museum’s various exhibits. Reservations are not required, but space will be limited, so make sure to sign up at the information desk.

National Museum of Women in the Arts, 1250 New York Ave. NW. 1 to 2 p.m. Free.
