Officials are taking the first steps to allow all undergraduates to take a free 18th credit.
Currently, students who are not in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences or in the Honors Program are required to pay $1,520 per additional credit.
Two students who have taken more than 17 credits in one semester sat down with The Hatchet to discuss how the extra credit helped them pursue multiple majors or a minor.
