A male student was arrested after an orange pill testing positive for opiates and amphetamines
was found in his Shenkman Hall room last week, according to a Metropolitan Police Department report.
The University Police Department arrested the student for possessing a controlled substance about 1:45 p.m. on May 23, according to the report.
Officer Jeffrey Kerch responded to Shenkman Hall after an administrative search was conducted in the student’s room. The pill, stamped with the word “Tesla,” was found during the search, according to the report.
The student admitted to owning the pill before he was arrested, according to the report.
