The Student Association unanimously passed a resolution Tuesday supporting a University lawsuit against city zoning restrictions.
GW will file the resolution, which agrees with some Board of Zoning Adjustment regulations but disagrees with deadlines to implement them, with briefs in the suit in U.S. District Court Tuesday.
The first three points of the bill agree that GW should be required to house 70 percent of undergraduates on campus but disagree with BZA deadlines and specifications that freshmen and sophomores must live on campus.
The last point of the bill opposes the BZA requirement that GW collect student license plate numbers and disclose them to the D.C. Department of Motor Vehicles.
