Diane Knapp to teach courses on healthy eating

Diane Knapp, the wife of University President Steven Knapp, is slated to hold a series of non-credit classes on healthy eating at The F Street House. She holds a master’s degree in nutrition from Cornell University.

The courses, hosted by the Urban Food Task Force, will run twice monthly from Sept. to Dec. for a total of eight meetings. Students can register online to attend sessions.

Knapp, with University Chef Robert Donis, will explore concepts including proper nutrition, how to effectively use your kitchen and shifting from eating at home to eating campus food.
