GWPD officers responded to the GW Campus Store for a reported theft in progress after the suspect fled the area. GWPD officers swept the area and found the male subject, whom officers arrested and barred from campus. Metropolitan Police Department officers arrived on scene and transported the man to the Second District Police Station.
