While on routine patrol, GWPD officers observed a male subject inside the School of Media & Public Affairs building while it was closed. Upon further investigation, the officers determined that the subject possessed a stolen GW laptop. Officers arrested the subject and transported to the Metropolitan Police Department Second District for processing.
