If you’re in D.C. for the holidays and want to forgo cooking, a few restaurants around the District have you covered.
With options ranging from Brazilian steak to Spanish antipasti, there’s sure to be something for everyone’s taste buds. These restaurants are ahead of the game in advertising their holiday options, so keep your eyes peeled for other establishments whipping up holiday specials.

Fogo de Chão
This Brazilian steakhouse in Penn Quarter is offering seven different menus for the holiday season, including fraldinha (bottom sirloin steak, $150) and cordeiro (prime lamb steak, $160). Each set menu serves six people and includes sides like Brazilian sausage and apple dressing and cranberry relish, as well as candy cane fudge brownies.

Federalist Pig
This Columbia Heights barbecue restaurant will serve four different menus for Christmas dinner this year. The Southern-inspired menus serve four to six people and range from a smoked half turkey ($160) to smoked beef short ribs ($170). The barbecue main comes with Parker House rolls; a sauce; three sides including smoked cheddar mac & cheese, crispy brussel sprouts; chipotle garlic green beans; and a bourbon pecan pie. Sides and pies are also available a la carte.

NuVegan Cafe
If you’re looking for quality vegetarian and vegan options for your holiday meal, check out NuVegan Cafe’s holiday vegan feast menu. The menu includes vegan adaptations of classic holiday dishes, like pineapple glazed “ham,” macaroni and cheese and candied yams. Keep in mind that the portions are large – the feast serves up to 20 people, so you could have leftovers for days.

Xiquet
Danny Lledo’s Spanish restaurant Xiquet in Observatory Circle is dishing out two Spanish-inspired holiday picnic sets. You can choose your basket based off your wine preference. The happy hour gift set ($75) includes a bottle of Tierra red wine, Manchego cheese, Iberian chorizo and mixed crackers. The Spanish gift set ($68) comes with a bottle of Emendis Brut, a bottle each of specialty olive oil and balsamic vinegar, Spanish tuna and milk chocolate. Each set serves two to four people.

The Hamilton
Penn Quarter American steakhouse The Hamilton is offering a range of a la carte options for your holiday celebration. Options include the roasted turkey breast platter ($120, serves six to eight) and the rigatoni bolognese platter ($75, serves six to eight), with sides like mashed potatoes ($20) and roasted wild mushrooms ($30) and desserts like lemon tart ($26) and apple pie ($24).
