The Lifestyle, Sport and Physical Activity Program is hosting two guided meditation sessions via Zoom, according to a public health school release.
Group exercise instructor Matthew Arensmeyer is teaching a free guided meditation course every night from 8 to 8:30 p.m. The program will offer an additional guided meditation class on Fridays from noon to 12:45 p.m. through May 8.
The guided sessions are among several classes and workouts connecting faculty and students online as GW’s campus remains shut down to comply with social distancing orders in D.C.
