Administrators have canceled all events in campus buildings until April 6, according to an email sent Thursday.

Events in all campus venues, including academic buildings and reserved spaces like Lisner Auditorium, are canceled from March 23 to April 6, Division of Student Affairs officials said in the email. The decision follows a ban announced Wednesday on all campus gatherings of more than 100 people.

Event organizers may not have been directly notified of the cancellation, according to the email. Student organizations using contracts or working with outside vendors to plan an event should email the student organization reservation desk, the email states.

Reservations for spaces after April 6 can be canceled through an event cancellation form, and space booked in academic buildings can be called off by emailing the Office of the Registrar’s academic scheduling office.
