The Milken Institute School of Public Health hired an associate professor of health policy and management as its senior associate dean, according to a release Monday.
Jane Hyatt Thorpe began serving as senior associate dean for academic, student and faculty affairs Monday, according to the release.
“I look forward to working with our remarkable faculty and brilliant students to advance our school’s commitment to improving public health on a local, national and global level,” Thorpe said in the release.
Thorpe, who began lecturing at the public health school in 2004, is currently the director of the Healthcare Corporate Compliance Program – a partnership between the public health school and the College of Professional Studies.
