The University will open late Thursday morning after snow blanketed the District Wednesday, according to a campus advisory issued at 10:45 p.m.
All classes, events and activities scheduled before 9:30 a.m. are canceled, and administrative offices will open at that time. Online classes will continue as scheduled, according to the advisory.
The delay marks the fifth time that University schedules have been altered since the beginning of the semester because of inclement weather. Classes were canceled Wednesday as forecasters predicted at least 3 inches of snow would cover D.C. streets.
