Sisters welcomed their new members Wednesday during a bid day celebration on campus for the second year.
Bid day was held in Kogan Plaza last year when a government shutdown restricted the sororities access to the National Mall – the traditional site of bid day. This year, the Panhellenic Association found itself in the same position and held the event in Potomac Park, a parking lot off G Street.
