About 1,000 Juggalos — fans of the hip hop duo Insane Clown Posse — gathered to protest the legal and social profiling against them at the Lincoln Memorial Saturday.
The FBI’s National Gang Intelligence Center currently classifies Juggalos as a gang, which fans say is false and leaves them with less legal protection than other citizens.
