Renowned chef José Andrés launched a rotating test kitchen, called ThinkFoodLab, in D.C. this summer to test out unique, out-of-the-box fast food dishes for locals to try.
The space currently houses Pepe, a sandwich-serving food truck that Andrés launched in 2012.
