A man was arrested for removing copper pipe and wire from Tompkins Hall Thursday, according to a Metropolitan Police Department report.
University Police Department officers arrested the man at about 8:51 p.m. and charged him with second degree theft and unlawful entry after police discovered he had previously been barred from University property, according to the report.
Police seized cooper-colored pipe, wires and a pair of bolt cutters, according to the report.
