Your favorite spot for fried chicken with a side of doughnuts will be closing Wednesday, according to a statement released onTuesday.

GBD, located in Dupont Circle, opened three years ago.

“From Disco and Doughnut parties to National Doughnut Day and all the golden brown delicious bites in between, you’ve made this place the fun, funky neighborhood joint it is,” according to the release.

While you may no longer be able to satisfy your cravings for crème fraiche biscuits or roasted pepper macaroni and cheese, GBD teased that a new restaurant will be featured in the space soon.
