Four UPD officers arrested an individual in Shenkman Hall last week for unlawful entry, according to a report from the Metropolitan Police Department.

The individual was arrested at about 11:15 p.m. last Thursday, according to the report. University spokeswoman Maralee Csellar said in an email Monday that the person was not affiliated with GW and was arrested in the food court area of the building.

The individual was not named in the MPD report and no other details were included, including gender or age. The person “refused to leave the listed location after being told to leave the University,” according to the report.
