This past Sunday, D.C. runners and yogis alike gathered to participate in the “Wanderlust 108” triathlon. Where a traditional triathlon entails running, biking, and swimming, “Wanderlust” includes a 5k run, outdoor yoga class, and guided meditation. This creative spin on what is usually a highly competitive act of endurance changes the mindset of the runners and ultimately creates a mindful community centered around wellbeing.
