A visitor on campus had his wallet stolen from his pocket while in the elevator of the Science and Engineering Hall Wednesday evening.
The two suspects “distracted” the visitor while he was in the elevator to the University Parking Garage in SEH and stole his wallet, according to a campus alert the University sent by email at 5:17 p.m. Wednesday night.
The two suspects were both black men between 50 and 60 years old and between 5’9″ and 5’10”, according to the alert. One was wearing a black suit jacket, brown shoes, a kangol hat and blue jeans and a shirt of the same color. The other was bald and wearing a white T-shirt with jeans and white shoes.
Officers from the University Police Department and the Metropolitan Police Department are still searching for the suspects.
