Get ready for a bumping rap performance at this year’s Spring Fling.
Singer and rapper Theophilus London will take the University Yard stage April 4, Program Board announced Wednesday.
Theophilus London will headline the event Program Board is calling “#Fling.” London was born in Trinidad and released his first album in 2011. He finished up his most recent tour at the beginning of March.
Hip-hop and rap icon Kanye West is the executive producer of London’s second album, “VIBES.” London sings with West in “Can’t Stop,” one of London’s most popular songs.
Justin Blau, whose stage name is 3LAU, will be the second headliner for the event, Program Board announced Thurday. Blau is a 24-year-old electronic dance artist who has performed as a DJ since 2011 and has released five EPs in his young career.
3LAU has been seen performing in fraternity Delta Tau Delta’s basement. He’s best known for his tracks “How You Love Me” and “Escape” – both dance, electronic-style hits. He was scheduled to perform at the Electronic Zoo concert in New York City in 2013, but the event was canceled before he could go on stage.
The DJ has also been featured on Spotify commercials recently, “educating youth about the risks of HIV/AIDS.”

Rapper Jay Sean performed for Spring Fling last year, and Macklemore came to campus the previous year.
