Officials in the Division of Information Technology resolved a three-hour GWorld system outage Thursday night.
Services were down for GWorld and Colonial Cash payments for debit parking services, printing kiosks, vending machines and laundry machines, University Spokesman Kurtis Hiatt said. The system shut down between 5:46 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.
A third-party vendor worked with the Division of Information Technology to restore service after its three-hour outage.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate students’ patience while we worked to restore the service,” Hiatt said.
