Oktoberfest gets a little furrier when the Washington Animal Rescue League is organizing.
D.C. residents and their pups gathered Saturday for Barktoberfest, an event with no shortage of fun activities for man’s best friend and their human companions.
The event featured a costume contest for dogs and beer for the humans, while the Washington Animal Rescue League showcased dogs up for adoption.
