The basketball season is months away, and already the men’s team already has its third recruit for the 2014-15 freshman class.

Paul Jorgensen, a point guard at Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, N.J., announced Thursday on Twitter that he has committed to join head coach Mike Lonergan and the Colonials next year.
According to reports, Jorgensen received offers from as many as 27 schools, with GW and Fordham going after him the hardest.
Jorgensen will join shooting guard Darian Bryant and small forward Anthony Swan as the Class of 2018 recruits.
Jorgensen is listed on Yahoo! Sports as having outstanding shooting and ball-handling skills, both evident in his play at Alimoe’s Memorial Basketball Game in Harlem.
