About a year after construction began, students and faculty will see Gelman Library’s transformed entrance Aug. 12
Beyond the new entrance from Kogan Plaza, the renovations also include a renovated second floor, which will house the circulation desks and an upgraded Writing Center.
Students will also see expanded group study space.
The upgrades are part of a $16 million project spanning three years.
Senior Associate Vice President for Operations Alicia Knight said in May that the project’s budget was on track and that the project was slated to be completed by the start of fall classes.
