It’s Monday…

From fashion to sculpture art, this week offers a chance to get off campus and explore the best of D.C.’s culture.

– D.C. Fashion Week takes to the streets this Wednesday in China Town. Most fashion week events require tickets for entry, so take advantage of the 6:30 p.m. event.
– The work of controversial Chinese artist Ai Wei Wei is on display at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden. Visit his “Circle of Animals/Zodiac Heads” exhibit can be seen for free any day this week.

And in honor of Saturday Night Live’s return, check out this skit of Olympic proportions from the season opener.
